Meet my new friend, Clara
I stumbled onto Clara's videos the other day. She is so awesome! Each video takes you back in time with her stories. She's so cute!
I actually made this 'Pasta with Peas' and it was surprisingly good! I used frozen peas though.
If you get a chance, check out her other videos. She's 93 now and she rocks!

I adore Clara! She is just the sweetest thing.
I've tried several of her recipes...all delicious. The 'poor man's feast' has become a regular weeknight recipe. My hubby and sons love it. I serve it w/ either applesauce or veggies...and make it with smoked sausage links.
What a treat! She is precious. Thanks for sharing her video.
