I Will Wait for You

12 x 6 Birch Board

I Will Wait For You (Artist: Andy Williams)

If it takes forever I will wait for you
For a thousand summers I will wait for you
Till you're back beside me, till I'm holding you
Till I hear you sigh here in my arms

Anywhere you wander, anywhere you go
Every day remember how I love you so
In your heart believe what in my heart I know
That forevermore I'll wait for you

The clock will tick away the hours one by one
Then the time will come when all the waiting's done
The time when you return and find me here and run
Straight to my waiting arms

If it takes forever I will wait for you
For a thousand summers I will wait for you
Till you're here beside me, till I'm touching you
And forevermore sharing your love

I took a break from the whimsical little watercolor kids :)

This is lovely Darla, is it in acrylic? I really love your use of colour in this one, it's very subtle but they compliment each other so much. Beautiful work!

Can I ask where you get the birch board from? I've been thinking about trying out painting on different surfaces and wasn't sure where to look.

Hi Darla, do you know I never even questioned there being a difficulty following Nicki's blog.
This may be the reason she wasn't getting as many following? I will put an extra message on a post to ask if anyone knows. Have a look in your settings, maybe in there?
Lets keep out fingers crossed and hopefully someone will know?
Thanks so much for your message Darla, really important to know and share this one. Help us all follow each other and be closer friends.
