Reap what you sow

This is how she started, just watercolor blobs.
Photo is much darker as I used my cell phone. The finished piece
of course has added colors and was scanned so it's more vibrant :)

Can you see her arm raised up, her braided hair and her flowing gown?

I have my tripod back and I actually started filming a different painting tonight and then my batteries went out! Now that I have it set up, I'll get better prepared and hopefully have a little video soon of me painting something. I'm excited and nervous!

A girl I hope to paint up soon

I love how your eyes see things in your paint preps. I bet you see cloud formations in wonderful ways too. Happy creating...

Hi Darla! I love finding what's meant to be created in a background. It's so much fun. The little girl you saw was perfect. Your WIP lady is gorgeous. Watching a video of you painting her will be fabulous! Thanks so much for your sweet visit! Happy Friday! :)

Seeing things in watercolor reminds me of seeing shapes in the clouds ...

This is awesome! How do you make all these colors work? I always get muddy out of it. I think I'm color challenged. :) Great piece!
