Journal Page

Do you ever find yourself complaining......whining.....and being a 'glass half empty' kind of person?
Sometimes I do. I think it's lack of sleep, stress and maybe just a little depression that slips in when summer comes to a close and I know a long, cold winter is on its way.

I need to start focusing on the good things, the pretty things, the happy things because they really are all around me. Every day.

Have a 'glass full' kinda day :)

A beautiful page, and yes, I can relate ;-) Loved your 'shoulder higher than neck' page too ! I didn't even notice it until you told me ;-)

Darla this painting is lovely and the sentiment so very true.

I think we all can relate to that feeling. Although I look forward to the cooler weather I miss the daylight! I definitely get that SAD (seasonal affective disorder) !! lol

Thanks for being so honest and sharing this with us!

:)

Gorgeous painting!! I can be way too whiny for my own liking, especially for the same reasons as you have said, I need a constant reminder to see pretty happy things on a daily basis!!

p.s. Etsy have changed the way treasuries are done now and anyone can do them, they really are very easy to do, I think I have a new addiction, wanna join me? lol ;)

You know, I had a day like that yesterday. I felt sooooo tired and exhausted and it was all due to too much thinking. Today, I started my day out with a little more action and looking for the good. It's going to be a good day for both of us, I think!! Love your painting!! Love, Silke

I love the bird!! I've been really into birds lately in my art.

I get really negative when I'm tired and I tend to get more tired in autumn/winter so I have to work harder on staying positive.
