8-10 " New Snow? Are you kidding me???

So yesterday I posted flood pics. Notice all the brown grass (no snow) in those pictures? It IS spring, right?
Not here! Woke up to 5 inches of new white crud and as of tonight it's close to a foot! A FOOT of new snow! I could just cry, scream and totally throw a tantrum. I seriously don't know why I live here. Well.....the people are super nice♥ and my family is here. I guess that's reason enough :)

It's supposed to warm up on the weekend and it will all go. This, however, will NOT help the flood situation. It's bad when we, out here in the middle of nowhere, make the national news.

Anyway, I'm going to continue to THINK SPRING! Here's what I painted tonight just to keep reminding myself that it IS coming :)

I wish it would snow here..... sigh.

Actually, I dont think it has EVER snowed here!! and I have never seen snow myself, we except for what happens in the freezer just before it gets defrosted that is!! (am kidding of course - about the freezer bit, not the snow bit) lol

I think your paintings are absolutely ADORABLE. I LOVE her legs, her frock, and that background is soooo spring. Well done!!!
