Angry girl revisited

I took a little time this morning to paint up the 'not amused' girl I had sketched previously this week. Ya know, after trying to paint sweet, angelic faces it was very fun and challenging to paint a different look :)

Here is a close-up.

I also did a little something in my smaller art journal. I adhered some colored papers to the pages and this face kind of appeared so I went with it. Some days are hard and lately I've been worrying about so many things and I TRY to keep telling myself NOT to worry and trust that everything will work out the way it's meant to.

Hope you are all having a wonderful weekend, mine is flying by much, MUCH too fast!

It's my little grandson's birthday today. He is 4. Happy Birthday big boy!! Grandma loves you!

I love the angry woman Darla, life needs those kind of days too! I know I get tired of playing the part of Miss Pollyanna all the time, don't you? Boring....
The colors also reflect the bright energy she is generating. Love it!
